Catherine Ellen Walker Kelly, R.N., 71 of Honesdale, died on Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Kelly.

She was born on Feb. 21, 1942, in Carbondale, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Shannon Walker. She was a nurse at Wayne Memorial Hospital before retiring.

Also surviving are a son, Patrick Kelly and wife, Suzanne; daughters, Karen Malsky and husband, Joseph; and Mia Jonas and husband, Bill; sisters, Elizabeth Gallik, Ann Nonnemacher and Mary Davies; and seven grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. James Church in Pleasant Mount. Interment will follow in St. Cecelia's Cemetery, Hilltop.

Friends may visit Hessling Funeral Home Inc., 428 Main St., Honesdale, on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m.6
Her funeral was on 6 June 2013 at St. James Church, Pleasant Mount, Pennsylvania.6 She was buried on 6 June 2013 at St. Cecelia's Cemetery, Hilltop, Wayne County, Pennsylvania.6
