St. Thomas Aquinas Church provided the setting Oct. 10 for the wedding of Brenda Sue Erdman, Dickson City, and James Casey, Archbald.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Erdman, Nescopeck RR 2. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Casey, Archbald.
The Rev. Gerard M. Gannon and Edward Casey, deacon, cousin of the bridegroom, performed the 3 p.m. ceremony.
Roberta Erdman, Bellefonte, was maid of honor for her sister.
William Strumsky, Archbald, was best man. Ushers were David Erdman, Nescopeck, brother of the bride, and Richard Klinko, Archbald.
A reception followed at Montdale Country Club.
The bride is a graduate of Central Columbia High School and Marywood College. She is a caseworker for Lackawanna County Area Agency on Aging. The bridegroom is a graduate of Valley View High School and Syracuse University. He is employed by Lackawanna County Area Agency on Aging and is owner of J. Casey Monument Co.
Following a trip to Cozumel, Mexico, they reside in Archbald.2

Mrs. Margery L. Wison, Lake Ariel, died Sunday in Mercy Hospital after an illness. She was the wife of David B. Wilson.
Born in Dunmore, daughter of the late Walter and Maude Kellow Lutz, she resided in the Scranton area and in California before moving to Lake Ariel in 1968. She worked in Western Wayne School Distrct hot lunch program and was a member of Lake Ariel United Methodist Church and its Womens Club. She was a former childrens choir director, a church secretary and a scout leader of Troop 242, Scranton, and Troop 102, Lake Ariel.
Also surviving are four sons, Dr. Stephen B., Groton, N.Y; Jeffery L., Jefferson, Md., Gregory J. and Scott D., both of Lake Ariel; a daughter, Mrs. Carole Zubro, Ontario, Calif; eight grandchildren; a brother, W. Kenneth, Lake Ariel; and a sister, Mrs. Virginia Bradley, Tryon, N.C.
A memorial service will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Lake Ariel United Methodist Chruch by the Rev. Ron Onder, pastor.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Michael.
The funeral will be Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in St John's Russian, Orthodox Cathedral,
with Requiem services by the Very Rev Mitred Archpriest John Sorochka, pastor. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Finch Hill.
