Ronald graduated with a diploma as pre-apprentice carpenter from Job Corps at Red Rock, PA, in 1997.1 He resided Marian Street, at Waymart, Wayne County, Pennsylvania 18472, in June 1998.1 Ronald died on 22 June 1998 at Marian Community Hospital, Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania 18407, at age at an unknown age . Waymart man killed in two-car crash
A Waymart man was killed during a two-vehicle collision Monday evening along Route 296 outside Waymart in Wayne County.
Ronald Dixon, 19, was pronounced dead shortly before 8 at Marian Community Hospital in Carbondale, Lackawanna County Coroner Joseph Brennan said.
Four other people involved in the accident were taken to Community Medical Center in Scranton where they were in stable condition, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Their names were not released because their families had not been notified, the spokeswoman said.
A state police dispatcher said the accident happened about 7 p.m., but said the trooper investigating the accident had not returned from the scene and no other details were available.
Mr. Brennan said a forensic pathologist will perform an autopsy on Mr. Dixon's body today at Moses Taylor Hospital to Scranton to determine the cause of death.2

Born in Carbondale, son of Terry Jones Clemo, Waymart, with whom he resided, and Ronald J. Dixon Sr., Mayfield, he attended Carbondale area schools and was a graduate of the Job Corps in Red Rock where he earned a diploma as pre-apprentice carpenter. He was a member of St. Rose Church, Carbondale. He loved the outdoors, especially the winter months, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Also surviving are his step-father, Gary Clemo, Marian Street, Waymart; two sisters, Mandy Dixon and Shanon Clemo, both at home; maternal grandparent, Joan Jones, Carbondale, and John Jones, Vandling; maternal great-grandparents, Leo and Wilma Trusky, Richmondale; cousins, aunts and uncles.
The funeral will be Friday at 9 a.m. from the Jenkins Funeral Home, 269 Belmont St., Waymart, with Mass at, 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Waymart, to be celebrated by the Rev. John Albosta, pastor. Interment, Canaan Corners Cemetery, to be held at the convenience of the family following cremation.
Friends may call Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.3
