The ceremony was performed by the Rt. Rev. Monsignore T.F. Coffey, who also solemnized the nuptial mass which followed. A large number of relatives and friends of the young people attended the ceremony, which was pretty in all its arrangement.
As the bridal party entered the church, Miss Lydia Loftus played the wedding march from Lohengrin. During the mass, Miss Betty Ryan sang the "Ave Maria." At the communion she said "O Lord I Am Not Worthy," and at the conclusion she sang "I Love You Truly." the bride was beautifully attired in a gown of blue brocaded velvet with equirrel trimmings. She wore a large picture hat of silver lace and carried an arm bouquet of lilies of the valley, tied with silver ribbon.
Her maid, Miss Cathleen Cobb, a cousin, made a charming appearance in a gown of brown panne velvet with a picture hat to match. She carried an arm bouquet of sunburst roses. Joseph Kilpatrick, brother of the groom, acted as best man.

She is a graduate of the Carbondale High school, Stroudsburg State Normal and for some years has been a member of the teaching corps of Carbondale township schools.
